1.

I am a function of hunger.
I want to change my mind
and still bury the wishbones
in the backyard.

2.

Sometimes, I unravel the innards
of broken things, read their
death wishes and their secret
codes on the warranty cards.

3.

I only write in first-person
when I am not writing about
myself.
